There are no penthouses per se at Digi Homes, however, the top floor (i.e. 32nd Floor) has only 2 apartments instead of 4 in all towers. So, one would have a larger lobby area on the Top Floor and lesser number of neighbours as compared to the lower floors. Not to mention that the higher you go, the better the views and the quality of air tends to get.
